Step 1
Take the Ellipse Tool (L)and let's make a 120 x 250 pxgreen oval. Select its top and bottom anchor points with the Direct Selection Joyride (A)and click Convert selected backbone points to cornerin the control dialog box along top and make the tips tapering.
